The SOund Of Music

sound designJuly 2011, lyceum theatre

The Sound of Music was a joy to design.  This is one show that almost everyone has seen or heard.  The biggest issue with this show is that everyone knows the songs and knows exactly what they should sound like.  The system design for this show was to have the songs crisp while creating room for the imagination of the patrons in order for them to reminisce back the first time they watched the movie and became familiar with the songs.
