I wanted to keep everything as accurate as possible in my design to show in respect for the text. The actors did most sound effects and there were songs written for them to also perform live. This show hints that it originally had songs written in the script; unfortunately they were lost in time. Detail was paid to keep this show as accurate and respectful as possible, while playing to the comedy that Plautus had written into his script.
